Power balls are amazing to have for breakfast or as a snack espeacially if you are in a hurry, and need just something you can grab and go.

Recipe Ingredients for Power balls

1 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched
3 tbsp Pure US Grade A Clover Honey
3 tbsp Coconut Oil, Unrefined, Organic
1 cup slices Carrots

Recipe Directions for Power balls

  1. Combine ground oatmeal and ground almonds with 3 tspn baking powder.

  2. Then add 3 tbsn honey and melted coconut oil.

  3. Add the mashed carrots and roll into 32 tbsp size balls.

  4. Roll in crushed almonds to coat and put into preheated oven at 350 deg for 25 min. Cool for 10-15 min and refridgerate.
