Recipe Ingredients for POULTRY- SWEET/SOUR CHICKEN

1/2 cup apricot jam
3 tbsp chili sauce
2 tbsp dijon mustard
24 oz chicken, boneless, skinless, sliced into strips
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 nonstick cooking spray

Recipe Directions for POULTRY- SWEET/SOUR CHICKEN

  1. In s small bowl, combine jam, chili sauce, and mustard.

  2. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat over med high heat.

  3. Add chicken and saute for 3-4 minutes or until lightly browned. Add red bell pepper and saute two minutes more. Add jam mixture and cook for an additional minute or until sauce is heated through.
