Recipe Ingredients for Poultry, Chicken Tender Stir Fry

12 ounces chicken tenders
1 t lemon pepper
1/2 t garlic powder
1 t olive oil
1 cup onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, sliced thin
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 t soy sauce
1 t corn starch
1/2 t sugar

Recipe Directions for Poultry, Chicken Tender Stir Fry

  1. Dredge chicken tenders in the lemon pepper, garlic powder mix

  2. Pour olive oil in skillet on medium heat, cook chicken to a golden brown stage and remove from skillet

  3. Place onion and bell pepper in the skillet, cook until onion is transparent, deglaze pan with chicken broth with corn starch mixed in it, then add soy sauce and, sugar

  4. Turn off heat and cover until served
