Recipe Ingredients for Poulet de France

12 oz stuffing
2 tbs margarine, melted
2 cups chicken broth
3 cups chicken, cooked and chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup chives, chopped
1 cup broccoli, chopped
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup skim milk
10 3/4 oz condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated

Recipe Directions for Poulet de France

  1. Mix stuffing, margarine and 1 1/4c chicken broth.

  2. Mix chicken, remaining broth, onion, chives, broccoli and mayo in new bowl.

  3. Layer stuffing, chicken mix, and stuffing.

  4. Whisk eggs, milk, and soup together and pour over dish.

  5. Cover with foil and freeze. Bag cheese separately.

  6. TO SERVE: Bake in preheated oven 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 10 more minutes.
