16 oz cooking sherry
1 can cream of mushroom soup
6 chicken breast

Recipe Directions for Poule au vin

  1. In a large slow cooker, place boneless skinless chicken breasts into pot, pour in 1 bottle of cooking sherry. Cook on Hi for 4 hours. 30 minutes before serving add can of soup and mix with sherry. Serve over 1/2 cup of cooked jasmine or white rice.
