2 large Egg, Whole
1 cup Stewed Tomatoes, Original Recipe
0.5 medium White Onion
1 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
1 1tsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Marjoram, Dried

Recipe Directions for Pouched eggs in tomato sauce.

Saute onons and chopped and seeded jalapenos in the olive oil till caramalized. Add the tomatoes and seasonings and bring to a simmer. Make a well within the sauce and break an egg in the well. Cover and cook till eggs are done.
