Recipe Ingredients for Potluck Spareribs

3 lbs pork spareribs, find net weight after cooking (10089)
204 g (3/4 cup) Hunt's ketchup (97156)
82 g (6 Tablespoons) brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup honey
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3/4 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground mustard
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Potluck Spareribs

  1. Cut ribs into serving-size pieces. Place meaty side up on sprayed rack in a 13x9 inch baking pan. Cover tightly with foil.

  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr and 15 minutes or till tender. Drain. Remove rack and return ribs to pan.

  3. Combine remain ingredients; pour over ribs. Return to oven, uncovered, for 35 minutes or till sauce coats ribs, basting occasionally. (Or may be grilled at this point.)
