1 potato
6 carrots
1 sweet potato
1 cup celery
1 large onion
1 small red onion
1 cup leek
3 cloves garlic
1/8 cup nutritional yeast
5 hot peppers

cook all veggies in water, process in food processor and add rice milk. I add Ms Dash garlic blend and fresh grind pepper. Makes 8 cups and eight 1 cup servings
