2 tsp Sea Salt
1.5 potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia) Potatoes, White, Flesh And Skin

cut up potatoes into small squares. simmer on low-medium low until tender. mix in 1/4 cup of both onions and green peppers. add 1tbsp butter and 1tbsp salt. cook until potatoes are brown. makes about 3 servings.
