Recipe Ingredients for Potatoes and Veg

1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
2 tbsp chopped Onions
1 tbsp Butter
2 tsp Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for Potatoes and Veg

cut up potatoes into small squares. simmer on low-medium low until tender. mix in 1/4 cup of both onions and green peppers. add 1tbsp butter and 1tbsp salt. cook until potatoes are brown. makes about 3 servings.
