Delish soup of carbs and veggies, with potatoes, split peas, tomatoes, carrots, and other vegetables.

Recipe Ingredients for Potatoes, Spinach & Pasta Stew

1 serving (goya) Green Split Peas
1 serving (Goya) Chopped Spinach Frozen
4 medium Carrots
3 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled
0.75 cup, diced Celery
1 medium Onions
1 cup Spaghetti
1 Medium Tomatoes
1 cubic inch Cheddar Cheese

Recipe Directions for Potatoes, Spinach & Pasta Stew

  1. Sautee the Green Split Peas, Spinach, Potatoes (cut in small cubes), cut carrots, celery and onion.

  2. Add in Spices as necessary (curry-chilly, pepper, and Italian Seasoning).

  3. Boil until potatoes are cooked and then chop in the spaghetti.

  4. Cut one whole tomato on top and let it cook.

  5. Serve with grated cheese on top.
