8 potato small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia) Potatoes, Baked, Flesh And Skin
1 tbsp Butter

Recipe Directions for Potatoes sauteed in butter

Heat butter in a frying pan. Cut potatoes into 3/4" pieces. Drop potatoes into hot butter and sautee until turning brown on all sides. Reduce heat and cover. Cook until tender.
