Recipe Ingredients for Potatoes and Peppers

3 large bell peppers
4 medium potatoes
1 medium onion
1 jalapeno pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Potatoes and Peppers

  1. Dice everything

  2. Fry up in large frying pan

  3. Should be lightly browned

  4. Cover and simmer to allow potatoes to finish cooking
