4 tbsp fat-free sour cream
1 tsp chicken soup mix
1 tsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Potatoes and Onions (dairy)

  1. Slice onions and potatoes thinly.

  2. Mix everything together in a bowl.

  3. Place in a small (5x7) baking pan

  4. Bake until potatoes are cooked through

  5. If it browns too much before completely cooked, cover loosely with foil.
