Recipe Ingredients for Potatoes and onion

1 1tsp Olive Oil
1 potato large (3" to 4-1/4" dia)(369 g) Potatoes, White, Flesh And Skin
1/2 cup chopped raw(80 g) Vidalia Onion
3 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Potatoes and onion

  1. slice potatoes and onion

  2. salt and let drain

  3. dry with paper towel

  4. season w/ pepper and spices

  5. pour on oil and toss

  6. saute until crispy, cover to let potatoes cook through

  7. add worcestershire and season to taste
