640 g potatoes
260 g onions
1/4 c flour
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 c water

Recipe Directions for Potatoes and Onion Bake

  1. Slice the onions and potatoes thinly

  2. mix all the ingredients in a bowl

  3. bake at 400 degrees in 10x13 pan until potatoes are cooked through (approximately 40 minutes)
