1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 pinch salt

Recipe Directions for Potatoes O'Brien

Fry salted potatoes 10 minutes or until lightly browned, reduce heat, add cumin and red pepper flakes. Toast 1 minute, add onions and peppers, fry until softened.
