3 small baking potato
3 teaspoons olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons salt

Recipe Directions for Potatoes-Microwaved then Oven Baked

  1. Scrub three potatoes, poke holes, and microwave them for 5 minutes to get them started and to save time in the oven.

  2. Rub each potato with 1 teaspoon olive oil and 1/5 teaspoon salt.

  3. Put a cookie sheet underneath the rack where you intend on baking the potatoes.

  4. Then I baked the potatoes at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes - no foil, just right on the rack.
