Brunch, great filling for anything

Recipe Ingredients for Potatoes, egg, and chorizo

6 potatoes, cubed
6 eggs, beaten
1 lb el mexicano, chorizo

Recipe Directions for Potatoes, egg, and chorizo

Boil potatoes, strain. Same pot cook chorizo. Add beaten eggs and potatoes. I do not add salt, because the chorizo has a lot of flavor.
