slice all vegetables and saute in olive oil

3 small potatoes
3/4 cup frozen corn
1 tsp leek
4 mushrooms
1 1/2 tbl olive oil
1/4 tsp sea salt

Recipe Directions for potatoes and corn

  1. slice potatoes

  2. set corn aside

  3. slice mushroom

  4. heat oil and salt

  5. saute potatoes and leek

  6. add corn and mushroom

  7. serve
