Recipe Ingredients for Potatoes Au Gratin

3/4 cup skim milk
2 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups potatoes
3/4 cup low-fat cheddar cheese
2 tsp butter
1/4 tsp paprika

Recipe Directions for Potatoes Au Gratin

Meat milk in saucepan for 3 min. Stir in flour & salt. Add to milk and stir until thickened. Layer half the potatoes in greased 8-in square pan then half the cheese. Repeat. Pour hot milk mixture over all. Dot with margarine and sprinkle with paprika. Cover pan. Bake 15 50 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for 20 min. longer, or until the potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork.
