Recipe Ingredients for Potatoe Salad

150 g potatoes
25 g onion
1 tbsp olive oil
2 g salt
1 tsp vinegar

Recipe Directions for Potatoe Salad

  1. Boil the potatoes.

  2. Rinse, pile and cut them on a 5mm thick rounds.

  3. Chop the onion.

  4. Add the oil, vinegar and salt.

  5. Mix everything carefully.

  6. Add black pepper to tase.
