5 large eggs
1 medium red bell pepper
2 medium white potatoes
2 tbs green onion
2 tbs olive oil

Recipe Directions for Potatoe-pepper and egg scramble

  1. Fry sliced potatoes in olive oil until until about half done.

  2. Cut pepper in strips and add to potatoes and cook until peppers are all most done and potatoes are browned.

  3. Wisk eggs and add to pan.

  4. cook until eggs are cooked to your taste.
