Recipe Ingredients for Potatoe Omlet

137 g potatoes
1 g olive oil
46 g onion
52 g egg
2 tbs water
31 g cheese
31 g ketchup

Recipe Directions for Potatoe Omlet

  1. cut slices of potatoes long ways and place in frying pan with slices of onions- cover and let cook for 25 min at 2 or 3 heat.

  2. whip egg with 2tbs water and pour over potato/onion mixture in pan. Cover and bake in oven at 160C for 10 minutes. Sprinkle over cheese and place back in oven uncovered for 5 more minutes. Serve with ketchup.
