Recipe Ingredients for Potatoe, Leek and Carrot Soup

5 cups leeks, chopped
3 cups carrots, chopped
5 cups potatoes, chopped
32 ounces chicken broth
1 tbs pepper, to taste
1 tsp salt, to taste

Recipe Directions for Potatoe, Leek and Carrot Soup

Boil all until tender. Use a stick blender to puree. Serve warm with melted cheese or warm rolls. Salt and pepper to taste.
