red potatoes, frozen asparagus, EVOO, garlic powder, pinch of salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Ingredients for Potatoe and Asparagus side dish

3 small red potatoes, cubed
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 cup frozen asparagus
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Recipe Directions for Potatoe and Asparagus side dish

  1. poke several holes in potatoes

  2. cook in microwave for 3 minutes

  3. in a pan heat the E.V.O.O

  4. throw in frozen asparagus

  5. cook for about 10 minutes (I like them a little burned)

  6. add the garlic powder

  7. cut up potatoes and toss in pan with asparagus

  8. add salt and pepper to taste

  9. serve hot!
