Recipe Ingredients for Potato Zuppa

4 cup Chicken Broth
3 potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia) Potatoes, White, Flesh And Skin
2 cloves, raw(6 g) Garlic
1 medium raw Onion Yellow
5 link Lean Turkey Italian Sausage
10 slices Fully Cooked Bacon
2 cup, chopped Kale
1 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped)(238 g) Cream, Fluid, Heavy Whipping

Recipe Directions for Potato Zuppa

Combined chopped onion, sliced potatoes, minced garlic, chicken broth and 4 cups water. Boil for 20 minutes. Remove turkey sausage from casing and brown (break up like ground beef). Add chopped bacon. Add mixture to potatoes after 20 minutes. Let simmer 10 minutes. Add kale and cream. Simmer 5 minutes.
