Potato wedgies as I like them. Fairly healthy replacement to fries.

Recipe Ingredients for Potato wedgies

1 kg potatoes
3 tbsp olive oil, absorbed- use 4 in recipe
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Potato wedgies

  1. Mix all ingredients.

  2. Using a slotted spoon, transfer to plate.

  3. Cook on 450 until crispy.
