4 t. olive oil
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Potato wedges Yukon Gold Potatoes

  1. Cut potatoes into wedges. Mix with 2 t olive oil.

  2. Arrange in single layer on foil coved baking sheet prepared with 2 t olive oil.

  3. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes.

  4. Turn potatoes.

  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

  6. Bake for 10 more minutes until tender and golden.
