Recipe Ingredients for Potato wedges

4 medium white potatoes, scrubbed and rinsed
3 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed fine
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for Potato wedges

  1. Cut each potato in half lengthwise and then each half lengthwise. Add wedges to a large mixing bowl and toss together with the rest of the ingredients.

  2. Place potato wedges skin side down on a foil-lined baking sheet. Cook 35 minutes at 425 F until tender.
