Homemade potato wedges, great with chilli

Recipe Ingredients for Potato Wedges

6 potatoes
10 g mixed herbs
10 ml extra virgin olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Recipe Directions for Potato Wedges

  1. Chop the potatoes into wedges and place on baking tray

  2. drizzle oil

  3. sprinkle with salt, pepper & herbs

  4. put in oven 190 for apx 40mins (or less if you dont like them crispy :o)
