Recipe Ingredients for Potato Wedges

6 medium potatoes
3 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp garlic salt

Recipe Directions for Potato Wedges

  1. Wash potatoes

  2. Cut potatoes lengthwise either into quarters or 6ths depending on the size of the potato

  3. Place potatoes in baking pan and drizzle with olive oil

  4. Stir to coat potatoes with oil

  5. Sprinkle with garlic salt

  6. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes, stirring once halfway through time
