Recipe Ingredients for Potato Wedges

1 1/2 lb russet potatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp seasoning salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp onion powder

Recipe Directions for Potato Wedges

Preheat oven to 425F. Wash potatoes. Cut into wedges. Mix olive oil and seasonings in gallon size storage bag. Put potatoes in bag and mix well. Pour out onto baking sheet. Bake for 35-45 minutes.
