Recipe Ingredients for Potato-Tomato Gratin

6 medium potatoes
6 roma tomatoes
5 onions
1/2 cup whipping cream

Recipe Directions for Potato-Tomato Gratin

  1. Sautee 5 sliced medium to large onions on a medium heat for approx 10 mins

  2. Slice potatoes and tomatoes

  3. Spray baking dish and layer with grilled onions, then potatoes, seasoning the potatoes with salt and pepper. Finally add a layer of sliced tomatoes.

  4. Top the dish with the sauteed onions.

  5. Pour 1/2 cup of whipping cream over the entire dish.

  6. Bake for approximately 1 hour at 400 degrees.
