This is a really yummy Turkish recipe. Kids really love it.

Recipe Ingredients for Potato Stew

2 2/5 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled
250 grams Beef, Ground, 85% Lean Meat / 15% Fat, Crumbles
5 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 serving Tomato Sauce No Salt Added
1 cup Onions

Recipe Directions for Potato Stew

Fry Onions, when they are transparent add ground beef and cook until brown. Add chopped green peppers and keep pan frying. When peppers are softer add tomato sauce and slices of the potatoes. Cook until the potatoes are soft. If ran out of juice just add water.
