Recipe Ingredients for POTATO, SQUASH AND GOAT CHEESE GRATIN

1 Squash
3 Potatoes
200 g Goat cheese
1/3 cup cheddar cheese
1 salt and pepper
1/4 cup rice Milk

Recipe Directions for POTATO, SQUASH AND GOAT CHEESE GRATIN

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees C

  2. Use a food processor to slice the squash and potatoes into very thin slices.

  3. layer with sliced goats cheese.

  4. Pour the milk over the entire dish.

  5. Top with cheddar cheese.

  6. Bake, covered, for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake 15 more minutes, until the top browns.
