Recipe Ingredients for potato and spinach casserole

0.5 bunch Spinach
2 potato (2-1/2" dia, sphere) Potatoes, Boiled, Cooked In Skin, Flesh
40 grams Sour Cream
0.3 cup Whole Milk
1.5 slice (1 oz) Muenster Cheese
2 tbsp Butter
1 dash Salt, Table
1 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for potato and spinach casserole

  1. Mash potatoes and season with salt, pepper and butter. Add all ingredients and only 1/2 of the cheese. Put into lightly oiled 9x13-inch pan. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and top with shredded cheese. Bake for 10 more minutes.

  2. Ps. I had muenster cheese on my fridge but the original recipe is with velveeta cheese cubed for the casserole and shredded cheddar cheese to top it with.
