a light version of the heavy "traditional" style potato soup

Recipe Ingredients for Potato Soup

5 potato small (1-3/4" to 2-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
0.75 cup chopped raw Yukon Gold Potatoes
2 medium Carrots
2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
3 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter
0.75 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
6 tsp Chicken Flavor Bouillon Granulated
1 tsp Rosemary, Dried
2 tsp Parsley, Dried
1.75 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
1 small Onions
40 oz Water

Recipe Directions for Potato Soup

  1. take 5 cups of water & 3/4 cup of 1% milk add 3 tsp. of parsley 2 tsp. of powdered garlic and 2 tsp. of crushed rosemary add to that 3 pats of butter and 2 tbsp. of chicken boullion granules chop up 5 small red potatoes and 2.5 yukon gold potatoes dice 2 carrots, 2 celery stalks 1 small onion and 1 3/4 jalapeno (finely diced) cook over med. heat for 30 mins.

  2. optional-if you like a thicker soup you can add 1/2 cup of potato flakes.

  3. enjoy!
