Recipe Ingredients for Potato Soup

35 oz Diced Hash Brown Cubes
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
3 stalk, small (5" long) Celery
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
4 cup Chicken Broth
0.188 cup Self Rising Flour
1 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat

Recipe Directions for Potato Soup

  1. Slow cook potatoes, celery, onion and broth on low for 6-8 hours

  2. Mix flour and milk in bowl and add to slow cooker.

  3. Increase to high heat and cook 20-30 more minutes

  4. Top with cheese, bacon bits, green onion; or however you'd top your baked potato
