A delicious soup to enjoy on a chilly day. Eat with homemmade whole grain rolls!!

Recipe Ingredients for Potato Soup

8 medium raw Potato
12 medium slices, cooked (raw product packed 20/lb) Pork, Cured, Bacon
4 serving Green Onion
20 oz Fat Free Evaporated Milk
3 cup Cream of Chicken Soup

Recipe Directions for Potato Soup

  1. Cube potatoes, chop onion.

  2. Place in pot with just enough water to cover vegetables and boil for ten to fifteen minutes or until potatoes are tender.

  3. Meanwhile, cook bacon and, in a separate bowl, combine soup and milk together.

  4. DO NOT DRAIN POTATOES.

  5. Crumble bacon and add to the potatoes.

  6. Pour in soup mixture.

  7. Heat but do not boil again.

  8. Serve.
