Very good and nourishing low sodium (if you use low sodium soup)

Recipe Ingredients for potato soup

6 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled
10 oz Cream of Celery Condensed Soup
15 oz 1% Low Fat Milk
1 serving Chicken Bouillon Cubes
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for potato soup

Peel ,cut into chunks & boil potatoes, drain and mash. Add cream of celery soup &15 oz milk. Microwave 1 cup of water to hot then add 1 chicken bouillon dissovled in hot water and pour in pan with potatoes, milk, soup & season with salt and pepper. Stir till soup is thoroughly mixed and bring to a boil. Serve with crackers (can add fried onion crisps on top of soup). 1/2 cup per serving serves
