Recipe Ingredients for Potato Soup

3 cups skim milk
3 tbsp. flour
4 servings turkey bacon, cooked crisp
3 cups diced potatoes
14 1/2 oz. chicken broth
1/2 cup carrots, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1/4 tsp. celery salt
4 oz. light Velveeta, cubed

Recipe Directions for Potato Soup

Boil potatoes, carrot and onion in chicken broth until tender. Crumble in cooked bacon. Stir in salt, pepper, parsley and celery salt. Whisk flour into a small amount of milk; add remaining milk to potato mixture and heat through. Add flour mixture, stirring well, and then stir in Velveeta. Heat until cheese is melted and soup is thickened. Do not boil.
