Baked Potato Soup, great for a cold day!

Recipe Ingredients for Potato Soup

4 large potato (baked)
2/3 cup flour
2/3 cup butter
6 cups of milk
1 1/4 cup shredded cheese
12 bacon
8 oz sour cream

Recipe Directions for Potato Soup

  1. Bake the 4 large potatoes.

  2. Cook the bacon and crumble

  3. Melt the butter on a low temp. and add the flour. Heat and stir until smooth. Add the milk and heat until thick and bubbling. Add the potatoes, bacon, and cheese. Heat until the cheese is melted, add salt and pepper to taste. Finally add the sour cream and serve.
