Recipe Ingredients for Potato Soup

4 pounds Potatoes
32 ounce Chicken Broth (Swanson Less Sodium)
4 tablespoons Light margarine
24 ounce evaporated milk
1 Salt and Pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Potato Soup

  1. Cover potatoes with chicken broth and water

  2. Salt and pepper to taste

  3. Once potatoes have cooked, add butter and canned milk
