An easy, tasty soup you can make easily with items on hand.

Recipe Ingredients for Potato Soup

6 medium potatos, peeled and diced
3 ounces boiled ham, diced
3 cups 1% milk
3 eggs
2 1/4 cups flour
4 cups water

Recipe Directions for Potato Soup

Put water on to boil. Peel and dice potatoes, adding them to the boiling water. Combine flour and eggs. Drop small spoonfulls of batter into water, one at a time to make dough-dods (like small dumplings). Add ham and milk. Let cook until dough-dods are done and potatoes are tender.
