Potatoes Carrots Celery w/ a cream based soup

Recipe Ingredients for Potato Soup

10 russet potatoes
10 oz evaporated milk
4 cups beef broth
2 carrots
2 celery stalks
1 cup water
4 tbsp flour
7 oz light cheese
1 tbsp parsley

Recipe Directions for Potato Soup

dice potatoes, place water, potatoes, carrots, celery, broth, & parsley into pot boil for 25 min. Add evaporated milk, cheese & flour into pot and cook for another 5-10 min. Serve into bowls and can be topped with anything you desire.
