Recipe Ingredients for Potato Soup

5 large baking potatoes
1 1/2 cups nonfat evaporated milk
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
2 tsp chicken bouillon
1/4 cup chives
1 cup fat free sour cream
5 cups water

Recipe Directions for Potato Soup

  1. dice potatoes

  2. add bouillon to water

  3. add potatoes and bring to boil

  4. When potatoes are done, stir in milk, cheese, chives and sour cream

  5. simmer until heated through

  6. add salt and pepper as desired.
