Recipe Ingredients for Potato Soup

4 tablespoons canola oil
1 onion (thinly sliced)
3 garlic cloves (minced)
9 potatoes (thinly sliced)
1 tablespoon chicken bouillon

Recipe Directions for Potato Soup

Saute the onion in the canola oil until brown. Add garlic and saute a few minutes longer. Add potatoes and enough water to cover. Add chicken bouillon. Bring to a boil, then simmer on low for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
