Potato soup with whole potatoes, skim milk

Recipe Ingredients for Potato soup

20 c. skim milk
6 potatoes, diced
1/4 c. parsley
2 t. garlic salt
1/2 t. celery salt
1 t. paprika
1/2 t. thyme, ground
2 t. pepper
1 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour

Recipe Directions for Potato soup

  1. Cook potatoes in boiling water for 20 minutes.

  2. Put all ingredients in soup pot except butter and flour.

  3. Cook over medium heat.

  4. In separate sauce pan, melt butter and add flour. Add some of the soup liquid to the mixture. Add it all back to soup pot. Cook until it reaches it's desired thickness - at least 30 minutes.
