creamy potato soup from Pat Howze

Recipe Ingredients for Potato Soup

14 potatoes
10 3/4 oz cream of mushroom soup
10 3/4 oz. cream of celery soup
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup 1% milk
6 tsp. margarine
1/2 cup chopped onion

Recipe Directions for Potato Soup

  1. Peel and coursely dice potatoes.

  2. Boil in potatoes and chopped onion in salted water until tender.

  3. Add undiluted soups and softened cream cheese.

  4. Stir unitl all ingredients incorperated well.

  5. Add margarine and milk.

  6. Let simmer another 15 to 20 minutes.
